Dear Ms Linh,
I hope this note finds you well, and I am delighted to write to you with something very close to our hearts.
For the past few years, my family and I have worked alongside artisans and architects to create ANYN: a Vietnamese house carried out to sea.
Made for Bái Tử Long in the north-east of Hạ Long, she will welcome guests across ten suites, two nights at a time.
Built from inspiration and principles of the Nguyễn Dynasty era; her table is entrusted to Chef Sam Trần of Gia, whose cooking honours Vietnam’s deep cultural roots. The approach to wellbeing is guided by An Yên: peace within presence.
For three days in Sài Gòn, from 27 to 29 October, we have prepared a Room in the style of ANYN, to meet you personally.
I would be honoured to welcome you there, to share her story and a quiet conversation over tea with you.
